vStore Plugins EULA and Marketplace Usage Agreement

USE OF THE vSTORE MARKETPLACE AGREEMENT

THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Basira Technologies (“Basira Technologies”) GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE vSTORE MARKETPLACE SERVICE (THE “vSTORE”)

You are advised to print these Agreements for your records and/or save it to your computer.

1. THE vSTORE MARKETPLACE

1.1 Basira Technologies is the provider of the vStore Marketplace Service (“vStore”), which permits You to access, purchase or subscribe to a license for Plugins for end user use only (subject to Clause 12.1 below) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1.2 Your use of the vStore requires that you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE vSTORE.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE vSTORE

2.1 Use of the vStore requires Internet access and the VeslaFX Platform (fees may apply)...

2.2 Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for any data or access charges from your ISP or device provider.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1 You must protect your Account login information. You are responsible for all activity through your account.

3.2 You must keep your registration data accurate and up to date.

4. PRICING

Pricing and availability of all Plugins are subject to change at any time.

5. PAYMENTS

Purchases require a valid VeslaFX account and the completion of a payment form.

6. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy.

7. TAXES

You are responsible for any applicable duties, customs, or taxes.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH TAX LAWS

You must comply with tax regulations and report and pay your taxes.

9. PLUGIN AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to change Plugin options without notice.

10. USE OF PLUGINS

Plugins are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse-engineering or circumvention is prohibited.

11. LICENSE FOR USE OF A PLUGIN

The Plugin seller is responsible for licensing and terms, not Basira Technologies.

12. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Support for Plugins is provided by their respective licensors. General support is available via forums and live chat.

13. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Basira Technologies is not responsible for third-party content linked through the vStore.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All proprietary materials in the vStore are protected by law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if the agreement is breached.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIABILITY LIMITATION

The vStore is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or any other damages.

17. WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Basira Technologies against claims resulting from violation of this agreement.

18. AMENDMENTS

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

19. GENERAL

19.1 Each provision of this Agreement allocates risk and forms an integral part of the Agreement.

19.2 No waiver is binding unless in writing.

19.3 Severability applies.

19.4 Force Majeure covers events beyond control.

19.5 This Agreement is the full agreement between the parties regarding the vStore.
